AI-assisted content & automated decisions. We use AI tools (for example, Google's Gemini) to help draft blueprint documents from the details you provide. A person reviews that output before anything is sent to you. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you by solely automated means.
Some providers process data outside your country (e.g., the United States or the European Union). Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and we require appropriate safeguards. Your stored records are held in Canada (Montreal region).
EU / UK users. WeCraft is established in Canada. Where and to the extent required by Article 27 of the EU/UK GDPR, we will designate a representative in the EU/UK and list their contact details here. In the meantime, you may exercise your rights and raise any concern by contacting us directly at Support@wecraftsolution.com, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We keep contact and lead information only as long as needed for the purposes above - typically until you ask us to delete it, unsubscribe, or the relationship ends - after which we delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's settings. Suppression (opt-out) records are kept as long as necessary to honour your opt-out.

Every marketing email we send identifies us and includes a way to opt out - you can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link/instructions provided, and we honour opt-outs promptly. We only contact businesses in a manner permitted by applicable law.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures - including HTTPS/TLS, access controls, multi-factor authentication for our admin tools, and encryption of secrets - to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and regulators of any breach as required by law.
Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the applicable age of consent in your region). If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will take additional steps where required by law.
