We offer a free "Project Blueprint" (informational documents and an optional call) as a courtesy. It is provided for information only, is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice, and does not create a client relationship or any obligation to purchase or provide services. Estimates, timelines and recommendations are indicative and may change. Any paid work proceeds only under a separate signed agreement.
You agree not to misuse the site - including no attempts to breach security, no automated abuse or scraping of the site, no submission of unlawful, infringing or malicious content, and no use of our forms to spam or impersonate others.
The site, its content, branding and design are owned by WeCraft or its licensors and are protected by law. The blueprint documents we prepare for you are provided for your own use; you may keep and use them, but you may not resell or misrepresent them as your own commercial product.
The site may reference or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, sites or practices; their terms and privacy policies apply to them.
The site and free resources are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or free resources. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free site/resources shall not exceed CAD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer-protection rights).
You agree to indemnify and hold WeCraft harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec - except where mandatory local consumer law grants you rights in your own jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here with its date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separately signed agreement, are the entire agreement between us regarding the site and free resources. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may suspend or discontinue the site or free resources at any time. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
